The goal of the introductory consultation is for CLDL to learn the client's development needs. LEADER DEVELOPMENT -- Does the Client need a prepared CLDL training, a modified internal company training, a hybrid company training adding CLDL elements, or customized content? CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT -- Does the Client need a review and edit of existing curriculum? Or, a rebuild of a dated curriculum?
